Recruitment Process

Our recruiting process is all about you - designed to find out want you're looking for in a career, what you enjoy, what you don't , where you want to go.

Given the focus on you – there are no group interviews, no "if you were stuck on a deserted island” type questions – we keep it simple and real.

Our approach is about allowing you and the team to be confident that you are compatible before a position is offered or accepted.

As such – through the course of our selection process, amongst other things, you'll complete an on-line word survey which gauges what behaviours you like to see in the workplace, you'll meet those team members you'll be working most closely with and you'll have the opportunity to talk to the partners directly about the opportunity on offer.
