As you can see, our focus is not just on the preparation of accurate financial reports, as to us, they generally add little value for clients, being prepared predominantly for compliance reasons.
What we’re about is adding value to the compliance process by seeking to identify opportunities and issues through what we see, thinking forward in all aspects of what is means to be in business and toward seeking financial independence, so that we can discuss those opportunities or issues with our clients.

- Accept phone calls, if practical, as they come in. If this is not possible, we undertake to have someone from our office respond to the call within the same day.
- Continually look for opportunities for clients
- Review clients’ needs on an on-going basis
- Identify any material weaknesses in the accounting or internal control system, and suggest practical solutions.
- Provide assistance and advice in record-keeping, allowing clients to minimise costs associated with compliance work and utilise our experience as advisers.
- Assign work so that a suitable team member at the lowest appropriate charge-out rate can capably perform it.

To assist us achieve our desired service levels, we ask clients to:
- Provide information as requested
- Endeavour to answer our queries promptly
- Follow up items and initiatives as agreed
- Pay fees by the due date.
