  • As part of our OBM environment, a number of “games” are played throughout the year. The “games” are designed by team members to target areas where as a business we can improve. Measures are put in place, and prizes are rewarded for turning the weakness around (either collectively or individually).

  • In the interests of balancing work and life commitments, it is possible for team members to nominate to work outside standard office hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, subject to some conditions.
  • The team and the partners understand that team members may wish to experience working, living or travelling overseas, for a period of time longer than normal holiday periods.

    Accordingly the firm's position is that we are keen to accommodate those desires in a way that is practical and workable for all parties.

    The duration and timing of such absence/ travel is to be arranged by negotiation.

Innovation

  • We use the Edward de Bono “Six Thinking Hats” creative thinking technique, ensuring that new team members have good input into the Open Book Management process.

Remuneration

  • Remuneration is performance based and set with reference to current market information.
  • After 12 months, you will earn a percentage of the firm’s profits through our Profit Share Scheme and
  • After 2 years, you begin to earn options towards our Employee Share Ownership Plan.
  • For candidates of the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program, we make payment of ICAA membership fees, payment of each successfully completed module and offer three days study leave per module.
