The variation and change in our corporate logos and stationery
presentation symbolize the fact that in business generally and in
our field in particular “change is the only constant”.
Accordingly the different symbols represent the fact that we have
for some years embraced a continuous improvement and constant change
mentality, having gained significant benefits from that for both
our firm and our clients.
We have chosen various circular symbols to represent the “O”
for O’Connells and OBM – symbols we believe encapsulate
some of our strengths and reflect how we see our role as your accountant.
Some of the more significant symbols are:
- Six Thinking Hats symbolize the use of creative/lateral
thinking processes to benefit our clients businesses and the development
of our office and our services.
- Globe representing the O in OBM symbolizes the fact
that Open Book Management is a global concept and it also symbolizes
the elements of our practice being our core values - honesty,
integrity, and acting in the best interests of our clients at
all times.
- Compass reflecting the fact that we see our role as seeking
to provide good direction, proactive advice and value adding to
our clients businesses and their general situation.
- CD stands for the use of technology to achieve knowledge
management and efficient, valuable service to clients.
- Pie Chart encompasses the use of visual reporting to
convey important knowledge to our clients in the minimum amount
of time.
